Airtel Complaint - Connection Disconnected Without Informing

Recently I bought Airtel Prepaid sim from the retail outlet #9860039606 by submitting all required documents, address proof photos and initial payment.

They suddenly disconnected the incoming and outgoing call after usage of 20 days without any prior approval and not bothered about the how much mobile is important to the customer on a normal life.

My Point is:

# Before disconnecting they would have informed.
# Why these MNCs give authorization to the retail outlet if they doesn't have control over them.
# Why Airtel doesn't check with Retail shop those who sale the sims and get all the details.

Try to meet the Customer Satisfaction first rather then making the profit.
