Vista Print Complaint - Inappropriate credit card charges

Review by Catronia on 2008-01-24
I purchased a t-shirt in memory of a beloved cat who died. In going over my credit card statements to highlight tax deductible item, I realized this unscrupulous company has been charging my credit card $14.95 per month for the last 4 months. When I contacted them, they informed me "we don't sell t-shirts".

BUYER BEWARE - Do not use this company.

Don't you review your CC statement monthly? Try calling your CC company and seeing if you can dispute some of the charges.

It certainly shouldn't take you four months to determine your CC is being charged. I not only go over mine online, I check the paper statements also.

Did you ever receive the t-shirt you ordered?

Whoever you bought the T-Shirt from at check out must have had an option to join the Vista monthly program. They are very sneaky and have the box checked already. You have to un-check the box before check out or you agree to the monthly billing. The T-Shirt people of course also make money from Vista. It's all very shady but goes on everyday all over the Internet. Ponie and Gothic have sound advice you should follow.

A tshirt for a dead cat? Really?

I just had to call Vista about the similar charge that was placed on my debit card. I recently placed an order for some business cards. And what superbowl said makes a lot of sense, as I know I would not have willing have them charge me for some rewards program. They've sent me a confirmation email cancelling the program and will refund the fee w/I 3-5 business days.
