Valvoline Xpress Care Informative - Incompetence - Oil change

Review by extremely dissatisfied on 2008-01-24
VANCOVUER, WASHINGTON -- I took my 2004 Suzuki Verona in for an oil change. I was given the wrong oil filter and the engine light came on as I was going home. I took it back and they told me that they possibly had damaged the O2 sensor. They agreed to replace it. When I took my car back (a full two months later finally) they couldn't get the sensor out so they broke it out and ruined the sensor. They put a new one in and it sat overnight as they had to cement it in. I need a new catalytic converter as well. They refuse saying that the car obviously had problems before even though they are the ones that caused the major damage.

The person they said would change the part was supposedly a licensed mechanic but later found out that he was not a certified mechanic and could not read or write.

Believe it or not, Wal Mart does a decent oil change for under $20.

Anything other then fluid changes....the dealer fixes. Now regarding your oil change, those tards would be giving me free oil changes for awhile for their screwup.
