Sears Complaint - Leaky Washer
STEUBENVILLE, OHIO -- I purchased the Whirlpool washer in March 2007. It started leaking. I have had service out here 4-5 times, waiting for them to show the sixth time. Called sears, said they would it get fixed, still can't fine the problem. Called one source, they tell me that the tech has to say that the washer can't be fixed, before they will replace it. Spoke to whirl pool said after they have been here after three times, it needs to be replaced.I've talked to the lemon law, they advised that after three times the washer should be replaced. I now have the attorney general involved in this case now. I paid 1377.48 Plus an extended warranty of 259.99.
At this time I would prefer that they just give my total amount back and come and get their items out of my house the water is going to mess my tile, plus the wood subfloor I don't know why sears can't make this right. I need some results, this has been going on to long. Thank you for your help.
