MetroPCS Complaint - Lack of customer service
NAPLES, FLORIDA -- I did an online bill pay to these morons my account number was on the check issued by my bank my name and address was also there. They cut my phone service off and sent me a letter telling me they had received the check but could not apply it to my acount because of lack of information. Personally I feel the people who work there are brain damaged and afer three days of trying to resolve this issue I asked my bank to stop payment on check. Wait it had been cashed, and still the #$#%%$#$ said my account was in arrears,and turned my phone off.
Try getting through to a live speaking person through the automated bull%@#$ number they call customer service, let alone finding an english speaking person. My advice go elsewhere these people are idiots.
