Honda Complaint - Customer service - 2007 Foreman
NOT LISTED -- I received a letter early Dec. notifying me of a recall on the stopswitch wiring harness for my 2007 foreman. Honda recommends I do not operate the ATV until this problem has been corrected. I called the customer service # listed under the recall notice on Hondas website to see when I could expect the problem to be fixed.I use my ATV mainly for ice fishing & the season is coming to an end. The customer service rep. I spoke with was very rude & obviously could not understand my frustrations. He told me to "live with it" and that I would receive a letter telling me when the dealer would have the parts to correct the problem.
I have gone nearly 2 months without being able to use my new purchase & have heard nothing on the remedy. Is this what Honda considers to be good customer service? WOW!!!
