Dish Network Complaint - Unsatisfactory product
We had the dish installed about one month ago. It worked about 30 minutes. After that the system stopped working and disabled the television. After several phone calls and lame attempts to fix the dish, the customer service agent admitted that the equipment did not work. We are only at the home on weekends. They refused to fix the dish when we were available. When we tried to cancel the system, they put us on hold several times for over 15-20 minutes. They refused to cancel the network with out first charging the credit card almost 300 dollars to fulfill our side of the contract.
They are not a dependable company and only want money. Service is not a priority or even a consideration. Do not sign up with them.
