Integrated Alarm Services Is Now Protection One Complaint - Alarm Service Contract

To date with every creditor that we have responded to ..NOT ONE has had the decency to respond back to us in writing with a response to our attempts to resolve this matter. With an explanation as to why our phone calls for service on our ALARM system in June of 2003 and July 2003 were never returned. We have been continually harassed for a balance that is unjustified, unwarranted and unequivocally a blatant lie. We will continue to stand our ground and we are seeking legal counsel.

We have sent many, many letters some with photos of damage that has been done.. Over and over again to Integrated cancelling our contract in a timely/correct fashion. We called them many times for service prior to cancellation. No calls returned.. And no service performed to repair the faulty alarm in our house. Prior to this letter, I sent cancellation letters. The last letter dated June 2004 says that Integrated has been monitoring us for the past year. That would be impossible since the alarm monitoring company never serviced us and was not our call monitoring center. Why don’t you ask to see there phone log records??? Integrated must think that we are complete idiots. We have spent many hours, money and time sending responses. I have nothing better to do with my day.

Contrary to what we have been told through previous letters back in 2003, 2004 …just for the record our alarm contract was dated August 7th, 2000 and the alarm installation was on 9/26/2000. The alarm monitoring began on 9/27/2000. Not in June or July.

Here are some more details for clarification.. Alarm installed on 9/26/00. Alarm never performed correctly.. Alarm panel to engage/disengage was installed in the basement of our home instead of the front entry to our home. so whenever we neded to shut off or engage we had to walk one flight down and RUN..
The installation went horribly wrong.They couldn't drill..they refused to come back another day with a hammer drill. When I tried to explain to the Alarm company .. they were uncooperative and said a contract was signed.. tough luck. We lived like this for 2 years and 9 months.. Then we noticed these strange error codes on the alarm. Within our contract..service calls were included.. just a $25 fee. Resonable.. the alarm would not engage and I made 3 calls in July 2003 to repair this problem. Each time I was told someone would call me back to set up an appt for the repair. No one ever returned my calls or sent a letter to contact us. I wrote 4 letters to the Alarm company from Mid July-August 2003 (sent certified) seeking repair and help on the alarm. NO RESPONSE either verbal or written...and then I sent a certified letter of cancellation with an explanation (enclosed all previous attempts to get service on our inoperable alarm). NO RESPONSE. Than nothing until 2 years later the first letter from a creditor..we respond to these letters and NO response..Then another creditor sends another letter..we respond and no response from the creditor.Now there is ajudgement on our credit report. I hope this helps...
