Dish Network Complaint - Cancelled by service
I finally canceled my DN service. I was told that they would be sending me boxes via UPS within 7-10 days. I had 30 days to ship the receiver back to them, otherwise they would charge my bank acct. I asked her for the address and told her that I had boxes and I would pack them and ship them. She would not give me the address so I expect to not get boxes.
She asked me why I was leaving DN and I told her about what had transpired from Jan 4th until now..you can read my previous post. She said that she could get me an appointment for an HDDVR (installation, etc.) I told her it was too late that I have already gone to something else. She said she could get me 1 month free. I told her no. She also told me that I had a credit of $140.00. I would get that as soon as I sent the equipment back. I expect to kiss that money goodbye.
She tried to make things "right," but it was too late. I told her that the CS Mgr. told me he didn't care whether I stayed or left. I have been a DN customer for over 10 yrs. We like what we have now.
