Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Continue billing and unsatisfactory service
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- We are still getting billed for cable service from an apartment my son lived in the summer of '07 in Norman, Okla. I called about a month ago and spent 30 minutes on the phone with a very nice young lady who told me it was all worked out. Of course since then I have received two more bills. I called again, on a Saturday because I do not have time during the work week to spend 30 minutes on the phone, and was told since it is my husbands name on the account that she would not talk to me! I explained that the first person had helped me and that I do not have time during the work week to spend 30 minutes on the phone but she refused to help solve the problem!
It is very frustrating when you are trying to do the right thing and are not helped by the company!
