TGE Group MP3 Player Complaint - Where's the Customer Service?
20646, MARYLAND -- We purchased these MP3 Players for our sons as a Christmas Gift, and we now have problems getting them to hold a charge. Now I am no Electronics Expert, but after reading all of the instructions twice, and even trying to charge the device while it was in the "on" mode. we still can't get them charged. After reading the other review posted about the same problem, we have finally given in to being DUPED by both SEARS (for selling this inferior product and refusing to refund monies spent), and TGE Group for not having any valid contact info posted on their poorly designed website.
The next time we purchase from Wal-Mart or Target, at least they have CUSTOMER Service, and will refund monies spent on BROKEN items they are selling.
