TGE Group MP3 Player Complaint - Where's the Customer Service?

Review by nwrlens on 2008-02-03
20646, MARYLAND -- We purchased these MP3 Players for our sons as a Christmas Gift, and we now have problems getting them to hold a charge. Now I am no Electronics Expert, but after reading all of the instructions twice, and even trying to charge the device while it was in the "on" mode. we still can't get them charged. After reading the other review posted about the same problem, we have finally given in to being DUPED by both SEARS (for selling this inferior product and refusing to refund monies spent), and TGE Group for not having any valid contact info posted on their poorly designed website.

The next time we purchase from Wal-Mart or Target, at least they have CUSTOMER Service, and will refund monies spent on BROKEN items they are selling.

If by valid contact info you mean a phone number there are 2 listed they just happen to be in other countries. If you choose to contact them via e-mail the following address was easily located on their website. customerservice@tgegroup.com

As for being DUPED by Sears the stated return policy is 30 days - which according to other posts was extended to 30 days after x-mas to allow for gifting. Did you attempt to return the product in that timeframe or did you just expect Sears to change the timeframe for you?

Let us know how that returning goes at Wal-mart or Target as they both have stellar reputations for doing returns smoothly...lol
