KlinQ.com Compliment - Wonderful Customer Service

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- For Christmas, my sister emailed me a $50 gift certificate to KlinQ.com, an internet site that specializes in selling table, bar, and cookware products.

A few weeks passed before I managed to look up the site to try to decide how to spend it.

I picked out a few items, and proceeded to the checkout. Unfortunately, it was unable to be processed because of a problem with the certificate. It contained the cert. #, but not the required validation code.

I knew my sister wouldn't be offended, so I sent her an email, making her aware of the problem. Of course she didn't have a validation code, but she did send me her original order confirmation email for the certificate, itself.

I emailed the company about this problem -- I let them know how much I looked forward to ordering items # and #. I sent them my certificate number, along with my sister's name, and original order number.

I heard back the very next day via email, from Rachel. She helped me by validating the information, and, most importantly, resetting the validation code.

Kudos to KlinQ.com for their quick response. With all of the reviews we read about company's horrible/slow customer service, this was nice, for a change.
