Century Novelty Complaint - Consumers Beware!!!!!

I never been so cheated in my life as I was with this company! First I ordered candy for my wedding with them and I received an email saying that the card didn't go through and something about I would have to call them in order to have the candy shipped. So my husband went on and tried his card again and it went through but they charged us twice! The customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE and wouldn't give us the cost of the first items that was supposedly denied and told me that I could send it back HOWEVER I was supposed to pay for it to be shipped b/c they wouldn't give me a label to send it back at no cost to me. They then lied and said that the email said that if I didn't contact them then the order would be shipped which was bull b/c thats not what it said at all (still had the email). They gave me such a run around and I never got my money back and all they did was say I couldn't shop with them anymore like I EVER would. I still tell people to this day NOT TO EVER buy anything from them b/c they are liars and they screwed me over!

They could've been like "we're sorry, it was a computer error and we'll happily fix this for you but they didn't even do that" They kept pointing fingers this way which A company... a PROFESSIONAL one should never do.

So, why didn't you call them like the email suggested?
Then you could have straightened it out.
Instead you confused the issue by placing two orders.
