I found after hours of looking.... 212-729-5702....use this number for billing and account problems.... my son tried to cancel his subscription online and a month later we were still getting billed, this put and end to it ... got a real person on the phone and they refunded our money....

Heres a suggestion. Search for Bearshare Lite and download and install. This version has no ads and no fees. Mine keeps popping up and wanting to upgrade to a new version, I just click no.
