Nexgenlabusa Complaint - Invalid Credit Card Charges

Review by dimples512 on 2008-02-07
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I ordered sample pills of Phenterthin from Nexgenlab. Did not like product. Saw a charge of $149.95 on my credit card. Could not contact any one from said company. Filed several complaint tickets on their website. Was told they sent me extra pills. I never received any extra pills. This company said I signed for package "delivered" by Post Office. I never signed for anything, asked for proof of my signature. This company told me it was my problem that I had to fight Post Office. But I was not the one who mailed package!

I have been charged $149.95 for a product I never received, and no one from this company will refund my stolen monies.

If it's been less than 30 days, dispute the charge with your credit card/bank. If needs be have the bank reissue you a new credit card and cut that other one up.

I would dispute the charge immediately with your credit card company.

The problem is when you got the free sample of the pills you automatically signed up for an auto ship program and unknowingly gave them permission to charge your card. It's legal theft in my opinion. If you do a charge back unfortunately you may lose because this sleazy company will show them that you agreed to the auto ship program, hence making this a valid charge. The only thing you can do is cancel your card right away, they will not stop charging you. Inform the credit card company what the situation is and cancel that card. If they have your bank account number change that and your debit/check card. Good luck to you.
