Clearly Visible Janitorial - Complaint Complaint - Dishonest and Poor Business Ethics - Clearly Visible Janitorial

Review by robinsgr on 2008-02-09
COLLEGEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Three days after my tenants moved in, I scheduled an appointment for Rod of Clearly Visible Janitorial to give my home a very thorough cleaning. I had reason to believe the tenants had a cat in the house without disclosing it or paying the pet fee, so I asked Rod point blank if they had any cats in the house. He avoided answering the question and then finally said no. I learned the next day, that not only did the tenants have a cat, but they retained Rod's regular cleaning service, giving him reason to lie to us about the pet situation. Since I was the one paying him for this job and he was cleaning my property, his loyalties should be with me, not to mention he should just be honest. This man is not trustworthy and his business practices are questionable.

This incident occurred in February 2008.

Personally, I'd rather cats and dogs in a rental than some kids, they don't normally cause as much damage as some kids and they don't color on the walls! I have a friend with 3 children and 5 adult dogs and her place is spotless, even when she has puppies in the house, I have never seen a spot on her carpet!

Crystal, LOL! Personally, I'd prefer neither: cats & dogs, or kids. I know you have a soft spot in your heart for dogs--keep up your good work.
