Being an employee of Dell - Complaint
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- Just a forewarn to people thinking about working for Dell... don't do it! It had to be the worst job that I have ever had. They gave us promises of big salaries, great commission, and great work atmosphere. I worked in Oklahoma City and its new beautiful center. Training was lack luster for one thing. I came out wondering what I had just gone through. You get put out on the floor with rude, obnoxious supervisors that listen in on your calls, make you lie to the customer and make you order things they don't need, push Dell Credit down their throats (which is a ripoff) and sometimes don't even give you a lunch break. And the best part is, if your team doesn't do well, you get to work the 3 to Midnight shift as punishment. And to top it off, you get put in an area called the "BullPen", which basically is detention if they feel you aren't up to their standards. If I wanted to be in a prison, I would of robbed a store or killed someone to be treated that way !
Stay away... you would be better off working at 7-11 !!

Sir,
You should quit while you have chance even though this doesn't match what we are complaining about Dell services but I suggest to you complain to Labor relations and your local Human Rights commission and EEO Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. It is wrong of what they are doing to you.
