Keenzo / BFG Complaint - RMA gone wrong
Bought this card from Keenzo on 12/26/08, it did nothing but red line and crash my computer. The only way to use it was to down clock it, that worked on some games. On 1/17/08 I requested a RMA, Keenzo Dated the RMA 1/25/08, pending approval.Todays date is 1/9/08 and it's still pending. Emailed them 2 times with no reply. when I called them they said they are waiting on approval from BFG. Now to the part of the story. Before The RMA, I contacted BFG support about the card, They said it was a vista problem. After forum research it's not it's a 8800gt problem. Two emails and phone went unreturned. It seems they are hoping I give up and forget. I now forward this problem to my attorny. I bought two new 8800gts's and they work great! Also, I bought 2 BFG 680I cards from TIGERDIRECT that where RMA'd and iwas mailing them out the next day,same service with NEWEGG. Some companies of 8800gt's have great support and there cards work:EVGA,PILAT I know.
