Intelliflix Informative - Intelliflix Will Rip You Off - Warning
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I unfortunately purchased a yearly membership for myself and one as a gift for my dad. This is the experience we had for both accounts- so this is obviously not a one time or unusual occurrence:
This online movie rental company, Intelliflix, will likely insist you have not returned movies, even when you did. You will, like us, be billed on your credit card for movies you returned. This can be in the hundreds of dollars. You can't prove you returned them, and they won't respond to you, so you are stuck. When you call customer support to question this, they will not return your call or your emails, or their mail box will be full and not accepting calls. If you cancel your membership, they will likely ignore the cancellation and will bill you anyway, you will have no recourse. They did this twice for us- both accounts. Then they will not let you use the service you paid for even though they were paid for it. This company is terrible!
Many of the movies we did get were cracked, scratched or just didn't work because they were so damaged or dirty. We finally had to cancel our credit card to keep them from charging us on it for things we didn't order, memberships we cancelled and movies we returned. It has been a nightmare.
Use them at your risk! Use anyone but INTELLIFLIX!! We are considering litigation and have filed a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General's office. We suggest you do the same if you have had problems. This company is based out of Louisville Kentucky.
