Innovative Laboratories Complaint - Never received order

CEDAR GROVE, NEW JERSEY -- I placed an order with Innovative Laboratories in January. They were quick to charge my credit card and almost 4 weeks later I still have not received anything. They sent an order confirmation email with a link to the detailed invoice. the link takes you to a logon page. Well if you try to login or create a member account, it goes to an error page. The company has not responded to 4 attempts to contact their customer service department via email. The phone number for their customer service number is not in service - get a fast busy signal.

Has anyone had issues with Innovative Laboratories??

On top of all that, a few days ago, I see a charge on my account from Heart Guardian for $59 who I've never heard of before or ordered anything from.

Could they be in on this together??

I tried calling their customer service number and it's been disconnected. Their main number still works but you will most likely get an answering machine. The number is 973-812-0300. I would dispute the charge with your credit card company and if you do receive product, REFUSE IT. I would read their policies on their website. This has "scam" written all over it. (just my opinion)

Thank you! Yes, I found the main number too and all I got was voicemail. At this point, I don't think I'll be getting anyt products from them. I did put put in dispute claims with my credit card for the charges from Innovative Laboratories and Heart Guardian. We'll see how it goes.
