Innovative Laboratories Complaint - Never received order
CEDAR GROVE, NEW JERSEY -- I placed an order with Innovative Laboratories in January. They were quick to charge my credit card and almost 4 weeks later I still have not received anything. They sent an order confirmation email with a link to the detailed invoice. the link takes you to a logon page. Well if you try to login or create a member account, it goes to an error page. The company has not responded to 4 attempts to contact their customer service department via email. The phone number for their customer service number is not in service - get a fast busy signal.
Has anyone had issues with Innovative Laboratories??
On top of all that, a few days ago, I see a charge on my account from Heart Guardian for $59 who I've never heard of before or ordered anything from.
Could they be in on this together??
