Clickair (XG) Complaint - Air Booking BCN/DUB Customer Service
BARCELONA -- Booked on 21st November 2008 for flight on 9th March BCN/DUB returning 16th November. Received e-mail cancellation notification 30th January 2008. Email stated that Customer Service would be in contact to provide information on other options. Now 12th February and still no calls or further e-mails. Called numerous times to number stated and always busy.
E-mailed back numerous times and still no response. Have booked alternative at extra cost via FRA. Still no refund and having to claim refund via Credit Card company under the guise of fraudulent charge by Clickair.
I would not recommend this airline.
