Allen Limo Complaint - Terrible Service After Accident
DALLAS, TEXAS -- This morning at 6 am, I had one of Allen Limo drives collect me at my house, when I got to the car he was sleeping. I got into the car myself. We then proceed to travel to DFW in the HOV on 75S. The driver seemed to be swerving in the lane.Just as we passed under George Bush interchange he nearly clipped the poles on the HOV lane. Before Beltline he nearly clipped one of the poles again. I asked him if he was ok and to slow down and he never responded. Just before we reached 635 he hit the concrete island in the HOV lane causing an accident. When the car stopped he got out of the car, did not even check on me and he called his boss instead of 911. The driver in the car behind us called 911. The driver kept on telling me to say nothing to the cops cause he had 2 children. The cops arrived and spoke with him, the car was towed away with the driver and I had to call my wife to collect me from the accident scene.
3 hours later I called the limo service complaining about my frustration about having missed my flight and about the accident. An hour later the owner Rafeal called back and rudely and unconcerned told me to speak to his insurance if I had any complaints and that accidents happened.
To all out there don't use this service. I had been using them for over a year and will discontinue to use their service as they seem more concerned with dollars than people. Not once did the owner even ask me if I was okay. This is disgusting for a place that I have used for more than a year.
