Global Readers Club Complaint - Unsatisfy the service

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- Customer Service Manager,

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

I am a member of the Global Readers Club providing with a wide variety of different publications for my recreational reading enjoyment. My member ship number is 44022553. The agreement is the Global Reader Club garantees I complete protection againt price increases during the 60 month period. Now I will not get one magazine, Penhouse, that will be expired. I called your company many times, but nobody could do anything for me and rejected to re-new my request to re-new the magazine.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want your company re-new this magazine or refund my money back.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
