I had to search thru the corporate registrations with the State of Florida to find this information. www.sunbiz.org.

SPIRIT AIRLINES will NOT give out this information if you ask their representatives at the number given on their website. You will only get people who will book reservations. THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS NUMBER IN MIRAMAR IS 954-447-7965 OR 954-628-4895 !!!

Spirit must have figured out that customers had discovered these phone numbers as they no longer get you throught to a real person. You just get into a circular phone mail system and never get to speak to a person.

Logan Airport will be closing Friday night into saturday and maybe sunday due to a huge noreaster storm 100% prediction of 1-2 feet. Why would they not try to get you out a day early at no cost ? They want $625. over and above the ticket price to leave 1 day early for 3 people. Then it will take another 3 days of backlog. Stupid people. Last time I fly them

Never Tell you they have weired baggae policy
beware
charging 50$ for carry on 55 each
no one inform you till it is too late
membership fee is illegal will inform consumer affair

ON *APRIL 4TH", I PERSONALLY FLEW ON FLIGHT #348, OUT OF *TAMPA* TO *ATLANTIC CITY* DESTINATION. AS A (DISABLED) and (WHEELCHAIR CUSTOMER). I HAD TO WRITE TO YOUR CORPORATE OFFICES and TO ACKNOWLEDE "SPIRIT" "AIRLINES"> CONCERNING ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE'S> ***"NANCY"***> ID#28442. THIS (WONDERFUL WOMAN), SHOWED A GENUINE and PROFESSIONAL MANNER and KINDNESS, TOWARDS ME, WHILE I PATIENTLY SAT and AWAITED, FOR MY PLANE TO ARRIVE, (FOR 3 1/2 HRS), SINCE I WAS DROPPED OFF EARLY @ THE AIRPORT! EVEN WHILE "NANCY" WAS BEING BOMBARDED, WITH OTHER DEMANDING and RUDE TRAVELER'S, ASKING QUESTION'S and INSISTING ON THIER PREFERENCES> OVER ANY and ALL OTHER CUSTOMER'S. BEING, MORE THAN( DISRUPTIVE and RUDE) IN THIER LACK OF MANNER'S, THIS YOUNG WOMANL> (EMPLOYEE) HANDLED THEM ALL WITH PATIENCE and RESPECT, (WHICH AMAZED ME), SHE WAS KIND and CARING TOWARDS ME, SINCE I SAT THERE and DID NOT ADD TO HER ALREADY OVERBURDENING AMOUNT OF (STRESSFUL)> FLYERS! *I ALSO >WORKED, IM ***CUSTOMER SERVICE*** IN THE PAST and KNOW JUST HOW DIFFICULT and RUDE >THE GENERAL PUBLIC, CAN BE!
