Dish Network Complaint - Installation
I am a long standing Dish Network customer. I called to sign up for an upgrade to HD service and scheduled an installation appointment, which was a block of time from 8 AM to noon. No one showed up. I called and was told there was an error in my sign-up and I would need to reschedule. I did, then waited again in vain. This was repeated 5 times! On three of those failed appointments, no on e even called to say they had been delayed or whatever. This disregard for the customer is totally unacceptable.
After this fifth failed appointment, I called to cancel the upgrade. Now I hope they credit my account for the money I already paid for the new receiver. I have written several notes to Dish via their customer support system, and have never received a response.
