800Flowers.com Complaint - Missed delivery - No tracking information

I ordered my girl a nice dozen of roses and she has not received them today (Valentines Day) where she works. It is 4:15 and she gets off at 5. I am highly pissed at this company and will never use them again. I will also tell everybody I know NOT TO USE 800flowers.com....

I have tried calling them and no answer. They won't even respond to my emails that I started sending 2 days before V-Day. I asked them for a tracking number and still no response... So I cannot stress enough....

DON'T USE 800FLOWERS.COM..... THEY SUCK!!! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! DON'T USE THEM.....

There's no answer? The name of the company IS its phone number and they don't answer on Valentines Day?? Yikes!

I have a buddy that was promised his flower delivery today before 10:30 am.When they didnt show he called and got them to credit the delivery charge,and a discount for the flowers he ordered.

Call them tomorrow and 800 Flowers will refund your money quickly, and be rude as hell while doing it. But then, they've already ruined the occasion and probably know they've lost another customer. I've been there, done that.
