Tobi USA Informative - Very Unsatisfied Consumer
WESTMINSTER, MARYLAND -- The most important thing I can say about this company and product is DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! Before purchasing a steamer I checked online for complaints like in this forum and found NONE..... unfortunately.
I bought 1 steamer but was sent 2. I immediately called and emailed. I was told by there Customer Service Department (if you can call it that) that the 2nd steamer would make a nice Christmas gift. I returned the steamer, following their direction on the shipping invoice. Which cost me an additional $52.60. After receiving they received their merchandise back they still charged my account. As for the emails, none have ever been answered.
The Customer Service rep that we talked to was named Robin Smith, the manager was Calvin Smith.....both having a Middle East accent. So I doubt that either of their last names are Smith. They refuse to give out an address or phone number for the corporate office. Or for that matter the owner of the company's name and how to reach him or her.
I am going to my bank to dispute all charges.
