PC Nation Complaint - Cancel your order!
This nightmare started on 1/19/08, upon seeing the item was night charged to my account I called the company. was told this item couldn't be charged to my account, tried to fix the problem over phone, person said it couldn't be charged until I fixed the problem by calling my 1-800#. That couldn't happen, I needed the item quick so I ordered it through someone else. Cancel your order, or like me you could receive 2 in the mail. Never receive a email about problem with account, email about charging my account, or a confirmation order or shipment. The item was returned unopened and received at their warehouse on 1/30/08. One week went by and I called about the item, they needed the tracking # , because they couldn't prove it came in. I was told they would call me back, that call never came. Wednesday(1/13/08), I emailed them, Thursday I get a email from them that my order hasn't been confirmed by there warehouse and they need my tracking # again. I am past the 2 weeks they said it would take. This company can only be working out of a house, as there can be no warehouse only a distributor. I asked for a call back yesterday, of course that didn't. happen.
Beware of who you deal with, cancel your order, because this kind of company will find a way to recharge your account. I wish I had read some reviews, I would have never ordered from this company. Buy from Newegg, Tigerdirect, Sidewinder Computers to name a few with great customer service and RMA programs.
