Entertainment Coupon Book Complaint - Did Not Recieve The Book I Paid For

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I ordered the entertainment book on line and paid for it and I never received it. I haven't been able to contact the company to find out why it has not been sent.

Who did you order it from, how did you pay? Did the charge go through? Have you talked to anyone about this? Details are your friend.

If you ordered it from a solicited (or unsolicited) email from the company itself, their website has a 'Contact Us' link. Their headquarters are located a couple of miles from my home at:
