1-800-Flowers Complaint - Valentine's Day Ruined
NEW YORK -- I ordered a basket Feb. 6, and said it was going to a business. You'd figure the business selection and ordering it early would be enough to have it delivered earlier in the day. The woman delivering, calls after 5pm on Valentine's Day to my girlfriend asking if she was still there, then saying she will bring it to her apt. Flowers were never received. I got a delivery confirmation email last night though saying they were delivered! Customer service doesn't put me on hold and keeps hanging up, yes hangs up! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and may call my credit card company to see what they can do about the payment since customer service won't pick up.
I've posted this review into the comments of another bad review from yesterday. Please, let's all contact the NY BBB (that's where they are located). Should I call my credit card company to get a refund, or will that cause me more problems then waiting it out?
