Outback Steakhouse Complaint - Poor Service & No Recognition Of B-Day
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA -- Well it was my 47th b-day it was around x-mas time we decided to make a reservation at the Outback Steak House in Stockton, CA. on March lane. When we got there and my wife had told the waitress that it was my b- day. So we were seated pretty quick. When the waiter came to ask us for drinks,
I told them I wanted Captain and coke, when he came back with drink it was really waterd down. so
he brought another. It was alittle better. So we all orderd the prime rib special for $19.00. Mine was suppose to be medium rare when I got it it was moooing, so sent it back and then it was over
cooked. By this time Iwas alittle peturbed. But I am not one to make a scene, especially at x-mas time. I just wanted a good meal .
I feel that the meal wasn't worth it espcially when I didn't even get a dinner salad. So at the end of the dinner when we were through they asked us if I we wanted dessert. I feel they should have at least gave the b-day person a free dessert. so when the bill came we were charged for both drinks. I spent over $100.00 dollars at this establishment and didn't feel we got the kind meal we were hoping for. I am really a big fan of your restaruant and have had good service at other places,I just don't know what happened. It didn't feel celebrational. I am sorry . I hope you can do good on maybe a rain check for another meal.
Thank you for you time and listening to me Kent Kyle.
