Kentucky Fried Chicken Informative - Poor service - Chicken Pot Pie
CAFFE JUNCTION, ALABAMA -- I ordered a pot pie. The clerk checked to see if they had any. Yes, they had one he said. I paid for it and waited. The clerk then tells me they didn't have any as I watched another clerk hand my pot pie to a guy behind me. It seemed they they had screwed up his order and left his pot pie out. If I wanted a pot pie I'd have to wait 15 minutes I was told without any apology and the clerk didn't seem really wanting to cooking more pot pies.
I know screw-up's happen - but when management makes no attempt to to make up for it, that's when I get mad!
I cancelled my whole $10.43 order. That's when things got worst. They didn't know how to handle the refund since I'd paid with a debit card. Finally they demanded my card again to reverse the charge. What's strange the final receipt I got doesn't show a reversal but another charge on my debit card! I didn't look at the receipt until I got home. If it shows up twice on my bank statement I'll contact a lawyer just for the hell of it, no matter what it cost me to draw their attention to their POOR service and management.
It appears I paid twice for a pot pie I didn't get!
This is not the first time I've been screwed by this KCF store. Most times they don't get the order right the first time and I know to check it before leaving the store.
What really funny is that you can't find any where on the internet an email address for anyone at KFC in order voice your experience.
I guess they don't care!
