Lowe's Complaint - Lowe's Service Dis-Advantage - Extended Warranty
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Lowes extended warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Sounds like they treat their employees like dirt. That explains the way I've been treated by them. Three weeks into my Maytag Neptune washer repair and still no pump. The lowes people have not idea what they're doing. Customer service reps are clueless regarding company policy. Supervisors don't even know what is going on. I've been on the phone with them at least a dozen times. They've told me three different companies were coming and nobody showed for a week. Parts are taking another ten days.
Don't bother with the extended service policy, its a waste of money and time. Lowe's Service Advantage needs to be renamed Lowes Service Dis-Advantage or Lowes Lack of Service Advantage.
