Wickedmerch.com / OzDust Boutique Complaint - Quality of Merchandise - "JUNK"

This online store offering clothing themed on the musical "Wicked" is selling items at high prices and what you actually receive is junk. The lowest quality of t-shirt etc. that I have ever seen. Paper thin! I bought a top and T-shirt for my daughter's birthday for a total of $70+, and what arrived had a total value of under $2.50. I know the t-shirt industry, and this was just a huge rip-off. Both sizes are wrong, and they want an additional 20% restocking fee to exchange. I warned them I would complain if they didn't refund my money, and they have not. So here it is for everyone to be warned: Don't let them take you!

When I gave these items to my daughter for her birthday, I was so embarrassed. And I am out of a lot of money for it.

Ugh. I hate that. If you buy an item and need to return it, you expect the full amount you paid returned! Victoria's secret does a similar thing, in that they dont refund your shipping from the original order and then make you pay for the shipping to return it...Which means i never return things to avoid feeling like Ive just thrown $20+ in the toilet. Im sure this company has the restocking fee to discourage items being returned. Jerks.

I actually have to disagree with you on this one. I ordered from the website and have to say it was one of my best online ordering experiences. It seems you did this in February and I made my order in July, so perhaps a lot changed in this time period. But I thought the customer support, the product, and the delivery time were outstanding...coming from someone who hates retail stores and does a lot of shopping online.

I actually had one item that I received and it did not fit right. I asked for a credit and it showed up on my account in 3 days...unheard of! I was worried about the restocking fee too but they like most retail sites now put that on there for larger orders...which is why it actually says "subject to a 20% restocking fee."

Either way it stinks that you had a bad experience. But again, my family and friends have ordered from the Ozdust Boutique and it has been nothing but a good experience. So A+++.
