Arizonahotels.com Informative - Hotel Reservations

Review by niagarapower on 2008-02-20
ARIZONA -- This site tricked me into making a hotel reservation through their site and took the full hotel costs off my credit card before I even went to the hotel. When I had travel plans change and had to cancel the hotel reservation they made they charged me $111 to cancel out of a cost of an original $166 hotel cost.

DO NOT USE ARIZONAHOTELS.COM FOR TRAVEL PLANS IT IS A RIPOFF.

I admit they do seem kind of shadey, but in the end you just didn't read the fine print.

I checked out the website and they are very upfront about the fact that your credit card will be charged immediately to secure your reservation. Also, it's very important to educate yourself on the cancellation policies prior to making a reservation. I agree with bargod - - the fine print is your friend.
