Abercrombie Complaint - Bad Service
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- On 10/2/08, I placed an order on a few Fleece, and a pair of pants from Abercrombie Kids. I payed $12 shipping. The problem was that they use the United States Postal Service(USPS) as the carrier. It was bull. USPS failed me 2 times. They claimed that they attempted a delivery, and left a notice at my house. On the claimed days I was home all day long, and no delivery or notice were attempted.
Afterwards I waited 7 business days, and it did not come, and not tracking number was e-mailed to me. I had spend 20 minutes searching for it, and finally found it. then I went to USPS.com, and looked for the tracking there. It showed that there were attempts at delivery (which was a lie), and that it was in the office. 1-2 more days, and they would have sent it back to Ohio(the origin).
I ask all to stop shopping at A&F until they let UPS, or FedEx, or DHL ship their products. USPS is an unreliable fraud, not a service.
