MetroPCS Complaint - Wish I could afford better
ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- I have been with Metropcs for almost a year and a half. My voicemail doesn't always get to me on time. Many times people can't hear me on my phone, but it's all I can afford at the moment.
I went with them because they were cheap.
They cut me off without cause once. I called and finally got it resolved.
Tonight, they did the same thing. For no reason. I have always paid my bill on time via internet. When they cut me off, I had no clue as to why. After not having any way to talk to a live person, and no email listed on their site, I tricked the automated system by dialing *611 and choosing "activate a phone"- that will at least let you speak to someone.
They said they showed no record of my payment posting, and I didn't have the confirmation number with me to prove payment. So, they blew me off and told me to call later.
That's some attitude.
I wish I had the financial resources to go with another provider. I have no idea what's going to happen as of now, because it's been almost 12 hours and my phone still isn't on.
But they have my money... if you can afford better, get better. I wish there was a cell phone company that offered them competition in the same price range. I'd jump on board in a heartbeat.
