1-800-Flowers.com Complaint - 1 800 Flowers SUCKS!
I ordered flowers for my wife on Feb 8, 2008. They were to be delivered on Valentine's Day. We'll as you might imagine they never showed up and my wife didn't believe that I didn't send her flowers until the bill came in.
Although the flowers never showed up they did bill me on my credit card. Then I called back to get my money back and they gave me the run around. We don't have your order on file. Well if that's the case how did you bill me.
I finally was told that they would credit my credit card after many iterations with several people. I was told my credit card would be in a few days. I'll definitely keep an eye on it.
I will never use 1 800 Flowers.com for any flowers in the future.
