Hydroxatone Complaint - Misleading offer

Complaint
Review by sunbun on 2008-02-22
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA -- Hydroxatone offers a "30 day free trial" for their Hydrolyze product. Over the phone you are told all you have to pay is the shipping and handling and that you can cancel at any time. What they don't explain is that you have 30 days before you get charged. If you don't take the time and money to return the unused product -- and they suggest you pay the extra money to get a return receipt -- they they will charge you.

I think this is outright deception. It isn't a FREE trial if you will eventually be charged for the product one way or another.

Hence the "30 day" part. Meaning its only free for 30 days.

If it's "free" and they ask for CC info common sense should tell you its gonna cost you! Listen to Susan!
