Send.com Informative - Horrible Customer Service

I've never dealt with a company quite as incompetent as Send.com. I placed an order for a gift and then cancelled it about 20 minutes later. The customer service rep assured me that my order was cancelled.

Nonetheless, when I received my credit card bill, Send.com charged me for the item. When I called to complain, a customer service rep. from Send.com called the recipient of the gift to see if the gift could be returned.

So first, the employees of this company were incapable of cancelling an order placed twenty minutes earlier, and second, they embarrassed me when they contacted the recipient of the gift.

I sent a complaining email to the CEO, but he never responded.

I would never use this company again.
