Dillard's Informative - Horrible place to work for! - Management

VICTORIA, TEXAS -- Dillards in Victoria is the most horrible place to work for. The management team talks about their employees to everyone except the employee they should be talking to. They treat everyone horribly but expect the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF they want good employees to stay (they have a horrible turnover rate) then they should treat employees like humans, be good leadership roles models and use a praise system. You never hear when you do a good job just that you need to get your sales per hour up and don't sit down while you are on the clock! If an ASM is upset with you they won't confront you...passive aggressive I guess....they will cut your hours, give you closing hours everyday until you quit.
They don't treat anyone correctly and one day someone will file a lawsuit for the racial slurs you hear from the managers, the strict rules and the ridiculous treatment of those who give their 2 week notice.

Ever hear of the phrase...don't get mad, GET EVEN! Follow that piece of advice each time and you will feel much better.
