Ladies 3 button leather coat - Complaint
I purchased a leather coat for my wife for Christmas. They have a 30 day return policy. My wife's coat started to fall apart approximately 60 days after purchase. The leather separated and the buttonholes began to come apart. I took it to a leather store and was told it was a very poor quality leather. I contacted Leatherup and they told me it was after 30 days and that was it.
I asked for even a partial credit and was denied. I told them I would write a negative review and they did not care. I have had many leather coats and ALL have lasted past 60 days.
