I don't think the good people of Kraft team winchester realize how much money they have been cheated out of working at Kraft. The Federal Labor Boards states that an employee MUST be paid overtime for any hours worked over forty hours during a consecutive work week. Prior to the recent changes in schedule Kraft was dividing our work week so they would not have to pay us the overtime. We were working forty hours plus during a five day work week and Kraft was making our work week from Wednesday to Tuesday and during that time we were having two to three days off and therefore our overtime was being missed and we were not being paid for it.
There were letters sent to the labor board and to Kraft and right after they received the letters they changed the way we do scheduling now we are on set shifts but I want to inform you that you have a right to claim all loss wages.
