TeeShirtsRock.com Complaint - Worst Customer Service Ever!
PENNSYLVANIA -- Back in early December I ordered a track jacket for my husband from this company. It took more than their 20 days to get to me and I never got a response to any of my e-mails asking where my order was. When I finally received the item it was basically a cheap knock-off of the shirt I saw online and it was totally different than the one they had advertised. So, I sent it back.
I contacted them asking for a Return code and never received it for about a week or so. Finally when I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau I received the rudest e-mail ever stating that they "already sent this" and they are "not sure what else I want from them" , and to "check my e-mail".
Then, I was promised no more than 5 days to receive my store credit. I sent two e-mails asking how my store credit was coming along in the course of two weeks. Of course, I never received a response. So, I sent them a small claims court threat and once again received an extremely rude e-mail that said they "already sent this" and "rather than blaming us, why don't you check your e-mail".
I am appalled by their lack of customer service and on top of that they only way to get a response out of them is to threaten them. NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. I would strongly recommend you don't either.
