United Parcel Service Complaint - Billing to a third party UPS number

I don't think you or your supervisor care, or understand why you lost
a 20 year UPS customer to Fedex
UPS screwed up and did not bill our customers UPS account as UPS was
supposed to (three times). This is your screw up not ours. We filled
out worldship properly.
Then you come after us for payment!
So we have to jump through hoops to collect from overseas, paying
bank wire transfer fees at both ends. Our customer has to send an
officer of the corporation to the bank to do this International bank
Then you ask us to fax documents which we did and you did not receive
so we scanned and emailed same to you but you cant open a gif file.
So we went to UPS store and faxed to you at a cost of 14.00 plus
employee time. Still you did not receive them.... We have receipts
for sending the faxes and we have copies of the emails complete with
attachments that we can open.
So then we post the paper work to you and you finally receive it and
because of your delays it is now over 60 days and you will close our
account. Our overseas clients want shipments billed to their UPS
Close our account.
It will remain in dispute.
It can go to third party and we don't care any more. We will respond
with this email. We have bent over backwards to resolve this issue
which you brought on.
Fedex call on us on a routine basis looking for our business and you
have been un-reasonable, frustrated us and wasted our time.
You obviously don't want our business and you don't care.
You probably don't understand this but your sales/marketing people
will. We will not ship to clients on their UPS accounts any longer
and they will be forced to open Fedex accounts or make other
