Dynamite Digital TV Informative - Poor Quality of Service
After purchasing a "Small Dish TV" plus two "Dish Receivers," we began to have trouble receiving stations that we had paid for from the very beginning.
After calling "Dynamite Digital TV" we were told, "this was probably because of atmospheric conditions. After the problem became worse and after we had called "Dish Network" to try and reprogram we were informed by "Dish Network" that the "receiver" on the dish was defective. We then called "Dynamite Digital TV" and informed them of this. They told us that they would come out and replace the part free (which is only a $14.95 part), but that the labor would cost $59.95.
When we protested that this was unreasonable since it was obviously defective since the start they told us (we have this recorded for anyone interested) "they do, occasionally get defective parts, but that was not there fault and we would still have to pay the $59.95. Perhaps it was not their fault, but was the fault of their supplier, but I am sure it was not our fault or responsibility.
We called the network (Dish Network) and I must add that they were they only one that would try to help. They are sending us the part free, but we have to install it ourselves. As such this is not a complaint against "Dish Network," but against "Dynamite Digital TV." In my opinion they are among the most arrogant business I have ever dealt with. So "let the buyer beware." Remember "fool me once your fault, fool me twice my fault." As soon as I can get this up and running it will be posted on my local web site.
