World Auto Parts Informative - Dishonesty - Used Volvo Engine

Review by Bazerc on 2008-02-26
FLORIDA -- The experience I’ve had in dealing with World Auto Parts has been very disappointing. I’ve been mislead about what the warranty covered from the beginning. I was never told that I had to replace any seals/gaskets/O-rings. This engine is leaking like a sieve. It would have been nice to be dealt within an honest and professional manner.

I purchased an engine for my BMW for $3,650. It was the filthiest piece of junk that TWO certified SAE mechanics have ever seen.

The company will NOT RETURN my money and the major stumbling block is a salesman named Chuck Farrell who has, in my opinion purposely, schemed and connived to prevent the return of our money. This fiasco has been going on since September 11, 2007.

As of this date, 7-18-2008 I am in the process of my final demand for the return or our money. I will be forced to file a small claims suit if the money is not returned.

However, I am looking for other consumers who have been defrauded out of their money by this untrustworthy company and I would like to file a class action civil suit against them.

No secret, I hate this company and the people I have come in contact with and would love nothing more to close them down and prevent other consumers from being taken advantage of.

I am looking for other victims of this company. Please contact me if your experiences have been similar.
