loveebay12345@aol.com Complaint - Never received my purchase

Review by monequec on 2003-10-01
MARINA DEL REY, CALIFORNIA -- This seller should not be allowed to operate on e-bay. I mailed a money order for the purchase of a black Prada purse item #3431359908 on September 16, 2003. The United States Postal Service confirmed that the money order was delivered on September 18, 2003. It is October 1, 2003 and the seller has not returned any of my e-mails nor has the seller sent my purchase. Dishonest people like this should be kept away from e-bay if they are going to take money for a purchase and never send the merchandise.

Is there any way to track down this person so that I can get my money back? I have someone looking into tracing the e-mails so that this can be reported as a crime if the seller does not return my money. I need to know if there is anything that e-bay can do to speed up the process.

There is probably a reason why this persons email reads "love eBay", because they make so much money ripping people off and eBay does nothing about it!

Where is you negative feedback? It seems odd that this seller has 100% feedback, but ripped you off. You need to let others know that this seller could rip them off too. You lost a bit of money. I am sorry for your loss, please alert other EBayer's.

Given the date of the transaction, there is nothing you can do at this point. Not that there ever was, eBay has been allowing a growing amount of seller fraudulent activity, regardless of whether it violates laws or their own policies, so long as the seller is willing to pay higher fees.
