The DJ Company Informative - Bad Disc Jockey services

Review by Birds on 2008-02-26
VALLEY COTTAGE, NEW YORK -- The DJ Company did not live up to its promises. There were a list of songs to be played, the DJ they sent had no list and no basic lighting system we selcted and payed for. He was clearly not a professional no one danced the whole four hours of my party.

I called owner to at least get a discount for the lighting, he would not BUDGE! He was also very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of $600.

Better in the USN.

Buzz off a complaint to the BBB in your area. Look yours up at bbb.org. Disc Jockeys don't get many complaints against them and if people are shopping for his service, he won't want a bad history with the bureau. You may get at least a partial refund back. It's kind of small potatoes to probably take it further, especially since someone did show up and work.

Yah, Chris513....I used to be in the USN. DH (former marine), and I have arguments about it, all the time.
