J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. Complaint - product purchase w/check--check cashed--no product received

LOGANVILLE, GEORGIA -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I mailed and order for two men's magnetic gold-plated bracelets from J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. on 08/23/03. The check was in the amount of $20.95 (including shipping) and was posted at my bank on 09/02/03. I have not as yet received any product or letter. Their telephone number is 514-344-4747. Their address is: J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. / Dept. 721-109, Box 561 / Beaconsfield, Quebec H9W 5V2. They also have a web site: www.jdmarvelproducts.com. The web site says the president is: John Dragan. I have also notified the NFIC. Because I just found a lot of complaints on-line after checking out their name on Google. Too smart too late!!! Of course, there is always the chance that I may receive the product, but chances are--NOT after reading all the other 'sucker' complaints.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like to see legal action of some sort brougnt against this company. This is a company that seems to be praying on people by mail and by the internet. I don't know all that can be done, but obviously the people ordering are being 'taken'. I am just glad that my order was not a large one. But, of course, I really would like the product I ordered!!! Thanks for any help you can offer. I really would like a response to this--e-mail is sufficient.
